April 15, 2008	Hotel bookings must be made by that date to assure a room in the conference hotel, past that date the block of rooms has to be returned to the hotel. October is high season in Bali and hotel accommodation is at a premium
April 16, 2008	Late registration fee applies until 15 August
May 30, 2008	Deadline for submission of abstracts for oral/poster contributions to be published in the conference proceedings In order to present an oral paper or a poster, you must register as a participant and pay your registration fee before 30 May 2008 (only if the payment has been received by May 30 2008 the contribution will be published in the conference proceedings)
July 14, 2008	Accepted talks will be announced
