***Carbon neutrality initiative We are inspired by the "ATBC goes carbon-neutral initiative" Our main concern is that greenhouse gases are rapidly increasing and that travelling to our Symposium causes a significant amount of greenhouse gas emission mainly through air travel. We are currently searching for a certified project that will offer us the chance to offset the pollution caused by travel. More information on the selected project will be available soon.

Cancellations will only be accepted in written form via e-mail or letter. Cancellations received before 1 September 2008 will receive a full refund of the registration fee, minus an administration charge of 30 Euro. Thereafter, refunds will not be available. However, you may nominate a substitute participant without any additional cost until 1 September. According to the cancellation policy provided by the hotel, different deadlines apply for the reimbursement of your hotel costs: If you cancel your booking after 15 April 2008, 50 % of the total number of nights booked will be charged; If you cancel your booking after 15 July 2008, 100% of the total number of nights booked will be charged. This rule also applies for no shows, late arrivals or early departures.
